400 gr ground beef - 20 gr butter - 5 tbs. Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup of milk - Lemon juice
2 tbs. Olive oil - 2 eggs - 5 tbs. Grated parmesan cheese - 1 finely chopped garlic clove
Parsley - Pinch of mixed spices - Salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 180°. Put 4 tablespoons of the breadcrumbs into a bowl and add milk until obtaining a smooth mixture.
In another bowl, add the meat, breadcrumb and milk mixture, eggs, spices, salt, pepper parsley and garlic.
Oil a baking dish, sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of breadcrumbs and pour in the prepared mixture.
Sprinkle the top with lemon juice and dabs of butter.
Bake for approx. 40 minutes.
When the pie is done turn it over onto a dish and serve hot.
